Smm panel king does not guarantee a delivery time or a drop rate for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SPK will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by social media platforms or external factors beyond our control. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

All orders without a refill period are not refillable even if they face a 100% drop, please order services with refill. SPK tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

Use of Services

Any malicious / abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Before suspension users will get time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will cause your account to be terminated even if it has balance in it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, social media platform restrictions, or third-party issues.

We are in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media. Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided for undelivered or canceled orders.
If an order is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining balance.
No refunds will be provided for successfully processed orders.
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from smm panel king.
Orders placed in SPK will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SPK account if the order is non deliverable

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

You provided incorrect or incomplete details (e.g., wrong username, link, or ID).
Your order was delayed due to platform restrictions or external factors beyond our control.
Your social media account gets restricted, banned, or flagged due to violating the respective platform’s terms.
You change your mind after placing an order. For example: I made the orde with wrong link or I made the order with wrong quantity etc.
Private accounts would not get a refund! Make sure your social media profile / account is public before order. If you place order for a private profile then server will consider it as completed and no refund will be provided.
Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you correct followers / likes number in that case. We will not refund for these orders.

3. Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be credited to your SMM Panel King account balance for future purchases.
