When Are Refunds Available?
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:
Service Not Delivered
If your order cannot be completed because the selected service becomes unavailable, your remaining balance will be refunded to your account balance.
Order Canceled by Our System
If an order is automatically canceled due to technical reasons, the payment for that order will be returned to your account balance.
Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payments are received for the same order, the extra payment may be refunded after verification.
Incorrect Processing
If our system experiences an error that prevents successful order completion, our support team will investigate and issue a refund when appropriate.
When Refunds Are NOT Available?
Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:
- Customer entered the wrong username.
- Customer entered an incorrect link.
- Customer placed duplicate orders intentionally.
- Customer changes their mind after the order has started.
- Customer selected the wrong service.
- Customer did not read the service description.
- Orders already completed successfully.
- Account suspension caused by social media platform policies.
- Organic follower losses unrelated to our services.
- Customer violated our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Services
No refill services are non refundable. It can drop at any time and you must buy ti with own risk.
Account Balance Refunds
Funds added to your SMM Panel King account are generally intended for purchasing services within our platform.
Account balance can be refund with below conditions.
- Account balance must be minimum $100 [ If your account balance is less then $100 you are not eligible for account balance refund.
- A 20% processing fee applies. Example: If you have $100 account balance then you will get $80 refund.
- Identity Verification (KYC) is required for security and compliance purposes. During the verification process, the deposited funds will be temporarily frozen and released after your identity has been successfully verified.
Partial Refunds
If an order is partially completed and cannot be finished, the remaining undelivered portion may be refunded to your account balance.
Example:
If you purchase 10,000 followers and only 7,500 can be delivered due to service limitations, the remaining balance for 2,500 followers may be credited back.
