Then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 1000 (1$ in this example).

If any order got partial that mean the order is end and you have to order again for that link if you still want to get more followers / likes / views etc. for that link.

QWhat is Drip Feed?

Drip Feed is a service function that smm panel king offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.

Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes

So, you will put Link: Your Post Link

Quantity: 100

Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc…)

Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)

P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs), Example if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000). Also never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a fail in your order).

Q What does “No Refill” mean and represent?

No Refill = The service have no refill guarantee. It can drop 1% or 100% at any time, even after 5 minutes of the order completed. No complain will be accepted for a no refill service.

Q What does “Non Drop” mean and represent?

Non Drop = The service have no drop issue, when we test it. But a non drop service can drop along with updates ! In that case if the service have refill period we can refill it. And if the service have no refill period then we are unable to refill it and no refund / partial will be provided for that.

Q What does “R30, R60, R90, Lifetime Refill” mean and represent?

R30 = 30 Days refill
R60 = 60 Days refill
R90 = 90 Days refill
Lifetime Refill = Unlimited refill period.

If a service have R30 that mean you can get refill (it it dropped) for that service for 30 days after place the order. You can get many times refill in 30 days as you wish but the service must need to expected amount of refill.

We can't tell that the followers we provide will engage with your account or not? We only provide the service which you ordered.

Q Can I get a refund the balance I have?

No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from smm panel king.

Q Does your service works on a private account / profile?

A few service works on private account / profile. We already mentioned that with the service name if it works on a private account or profile.
If a service have no mention it then it don't works on a private account / profile.

Q Cancel button / Refill button is not working for me?

The cancel or refill button sends a trigger to cancel or refill an order, it doesn't work instantly, it's just a trigger, sometimes it's too late to stop an order, and sometimes an order might not need refill.

If refill or cancel button not work then feel free to contact our support team with the order ID and issue.

Q Why my order canceled?

Sometimes server can have problem and unable to delivery the order and we cancel it. If an order got canceled then the order cost auto adjust to user balance. We don't take any charge for canceled order.

Please check your user balance and the order cost. Calculate your spending and current balance and you can see it on your user balance.

Q Can I edit / change / cancel my order?

This is an automatic server. After sending orders there is no option to edit or change or cancel the order.

QCan I get refill for a partial order?

Partial order never eligible for a refill.

QI place several order for same link one after another but not get proper order quantity, why?

Do Not place several order for the same link at the same time. Wait for the first order to Completed / Canceled or Partial before placing the next one.

In this case, we can't cancel or refund the order. We can't give you correct followers / likes / Views... number in that case. We will not refund for these orders. Please keep attention!

System will look at start count when you put order and mark completed after enough quantity. So, don't ask us cancel or anything with reason :" not get enough views / Likes / subs / followers or it come from my real user, my fans, organic, natural, other seller etc. Please keep attention!
